Define and recognize implicit and explicit bias and their consequences, and actively engage in research-tested practices that prevent bias in the search and hiring processes.

Explore how language can be used throughout a job announcement to communicate that racial equity is a core value of the institution and that it seeks candidates who have the knowledge and experience to support educational excellence for minoritized students.
